  • ATTACh This is an organization that has dedicated itself to education professionals and parents of children with  attachment and adoption issues. 

  • Beyond Consequences Institute Great source for newsletters, CD’s DVD’s and books  on parenting a child who has been traumatized by chronic neglect and/or abuse. 

  • FAIR Great resources and support for adoptive and preadoptive families.

  • Mindsight Institute Source of books, CD's, and DVD's helping parents reflecting on their own childhood in order to  become more responsive parents.

  • Resolve of Northern California The Northern California branch holds one or two conferences each year about  adoption and issues related to infertility. They are a good resource if you are thinking of adopting.

  • PACT Comprehensive information of everything related to adoption.

  • Families with Children from China (FCC) Provides information for families who have adopted, or are in the process  of adopting, a child from China.
